Liah Chin Joins National Investment Firm as Deal Activity Escalates
New York, NY – September 22, 2009 – The Praedium Group, a national real estate investment firm based in New York City, announced Liah Chin has joined the company as an Analyst. As activity increases in the investment marketplace, Praedium's newest hire will assist the acquisitions team in identifying investments for Praedium Fund VII.
